Describe the noise, the leak, the error code on the panel. Brand and rough age help too. We use that to bring likely parts on the first trip instead of guessing in your kitchen.

Pick a window that works
Many of our neighbors leave before sunrise and get home after six. We schedule around trains and traffic, including later slots, so nobody burns a vacation day waiting on a repair van.

Diagnose, then repair
Our technician tests the machine, finds the failed part, and explains what's wrong in plain words. You approve the work before anything gets replaced. Most repairs finish during that same visit.

1Ask for their license numberThen verify it with your state licensing board rather than taking it on trust.
2Ask for proof of insuranceLiability cover protects you if something goes wrong in your home.
3Get the quote in writingIncluding the trip fee, whether it's credited against the repair, and parts.
4Ask how they handle callbacksIf the same fault returns, what happens? Get the answer before work begins.
5Check their own reviewsLook the business up independently — their Google profile, not just what they tell you.
